Asian Style Dumplings
This is one of the first amines recipes I tried after Oscar passed his amines challenge. I bought some malt vinegar, but had no idea what to do with it (apart from fish and chips!) and decided to add it to the broth in this recipe – which worked. Oscar loves malt vinegar, it is his alternative to tomato sauce, so these dumplings go down a treat.
