Chunky barbecue chips.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Medium potatoes (peeled)
  • Canola oil spray

Optional

  • Salt

Directions

1. Partially boil the potatoes whole in salted water. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
2. Slice the potatoes thickly and spray both sides with the canola oil.
3. Cook on the BBQ until cooked through, about 10 minutes,turning part way through.
4. Sprinkle with salt (optional) before serving immediately.
