I’ve finally made the 2-ingredient biscuits (except I used 3)
For a while now I have been coming across recipes on Facebook for 2-ingredient biscuits. Struggling to put food in Oscar’s lunchbox that would give him energy but would be quick to eat I thought these would be worth a try. While I love bananas, I didn’t think they would mask the flavour of the oats on their own, so I added a third ingredient – maple syrup. And yes, he was able to finish 2 of them for morning snack! (Bananas contain amines so these are good for an amines challenge or if you have passed the challenge.)
