Savoury Pancakes
Pancakes can make anything taste good! I was inspired by this recipe on BBC Food to try them with Oscar during his fussy phase and they worked a treat. Although he was disappointed that when I said “pancakes for dinner” they didn’t come with maple syrup. This recipe is great for hiding foods, using up left overs and everyone can have a different combination of fillings. Its also very easy, and you can prepare the pancake batter, white sauce and fillings in advance, then cook them up when its time to eat.
