Hubby had an emergency root canal yesterday, so something soft was required for dinner and I made Bubble and Squeak. Bubble and Squeak was one of my very first posts on this blog, so I thought it would be a good one to repost as my first post on the new site.

Thank you so much, just what my husband has requested for dinner, he loves bubble and squeak. Will get back to you of how mine turns out.
