Chocolate Crackles
Copha is high in salicylates, so it is not on our shopping list, and as a result I have never made chocolate crackles for Oscar. We do make other rice bubble treats, but last week when asked to make “rice bubble cake” I thought I’d try and come up with an alternative recipe. I didn’t need to, I found the perfect one at Taste.com.au.They were so good we made them again this week, but with carob, the colour is paler but they taste pretty much the same.
