Baked Custard with Pears
I found this recipe on Silly Billyz, its a quick and easy winter dessert. The original recipe is for 6 serves, but I halved the quantities for the 3 of us. The serves were quite small and I think the original quantities would better make 4 serves. I also decided to use a water bath for the ramekins even though this wasn’t in the original.
