Apple or Pear Rice Bubble Biscuits

This recipe is adapted from one on the back of the Rice Bubbles packet, minus the spice and using fresh mashed apple or pear.  These biscuits are really filling and this version is a bit healthier with wholemeal flour.  Its also a good recipe for kids who like cooking, as they can help roll and flatten the biscuits.
