Marshmallow Teddy Bear Birthday Cake
For Oscar’s first birthday party (which happened while we were doing the elimination diet) we had a marshmallow teddy bear cake, using the recipe in “Friendly Food”. It’s definitely worth practising the marshmallow recipe before making the cake. Mine boiled over the first time and made a huge, sticky mess all over the kitchen!
