Easy, delicious coffee dessert cake
Ingredients
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g butter or Nuttelex
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain white flour
- 3/4 cups wholemeal plain flour
- 21/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon instant decaf coffee
