Well Christmas has been and gone, and I hope you all had a lovely day, however you celebrated. We had our first Christmas lunch at home on our own and it was really lovely. Oscar understood Christmas this year and had a lovely morning opening all his presents and playing with all the toys.
We started the day with Buckwheat pancakes with ricotta, maple syrup and bananas for Breakfast.

Lunch was BBQ Salmon and Scallops with chips and Lentil and Rice Salad, followed by a Tropical Pavlova Roll.

As we were travelling to spend the rest of Christmas with our families we also made some Chocolate Cashew Fudge and Chocolate Balls to take with us.
