Low salicylate, salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Citric Acid
- 2 teaspoons Hot water
- 1/2 cup Sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup Pear juice (Refer to Basics Page)
- Ground sea salt
Directions
| 1. | Dissolve the citric acid in the hot water. |
| 2. | Combine the oil, juice, citric acid and salt in a jar. Shake to mix well. |
| 3. | Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. |
